By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms. They govern website use only. ImpactEd may work with institutions in Australia and overseas. Any consultancy, review, learning module or other engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

Descriptions of ImpactEd’s offerings are general only. They do not guarantee availability, timing, scope, outcomes or suitability. These matters must be confirmed directly with ImpactEd and documented in a separate written agreement.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a consultancy or other professional relationship.
Accuracy and website availability
ImpactEd aims to keep website information useful and current, but does not promise that every item will always be complete, current or error-free. Content may be corrected, updated, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
ImpactEd owns or has permission to publish the official logo and brand assets, founder portraits, website text, learning-module and service descriptions, social-sharing image and other original website content. Third-party names, trade marks and linked content remain owned by their respective owners.
Subject to those rights, you may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal organisational reference. Other copying, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires prior written permission unless permitted by law.

Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Commonwealth courts exercising jurisdiction in New South Wales. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory right or remedy available under a law that cannot be excluded.
